Alex is a RIVA trained and certified moderator with experience in healthcare and general consumer market research interviews. She has been in the market research industry for 7 years.
She is a graduate of DePaul University with a master’s in communications with an emphasis in Intercultural Communications. Alex enjoys writing and has a knack for matching the voice already established or requested by a client or organization. She has experience writing in essay or case study format, as well as creating insightful, engaging presentations. All in all, she just really loves taking a whole bunch of material and finding the nuances and gaps relevant to a team’s research goals.
