What is Market Research?

​Market Research is one method companies use to listen to their customers. Typically done with in-depth interviews, focus groups, and ethnographic studies to discuss products and provide feedback.

​LaGrippe Research is a qualitative marketing research firm specializing in medical market research. We take pride in ourselves as an independent, personalized service that provides great results. Our team of dedicated researchers ensure a good research experience for our clients and our participants.

The Position:

LaGrippe Research is currently looking for hard working recruiters to join the team as a critical component to successfully complete each assigned job from start to finish. This position involves actively searching for resources via internet and social media to reach the target group for study, screen survey respondents to ensure their qualification for project, as well as contact, schedule, and provide materials and reminders to qualified respondents.

What We Are Looking For:

• Professional phone etiquette and email communication
• Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Excel
• A critical thinker with problem solving skills
• Willingness to learn
• Knowledge of medical terms and/or medical background is helpful but not required
• Some college experience is preferred

Location:

​LaGrippe Research is based out of Libertyville, IL (Northern suburbs of Chicago). Our office is located one block from the Libertyville METRA station.
